What I saw yesterday was the first game in memory that a Jay Wright coached team didn't work hard. Despite the missed open shots, questionable officiating and Scottie trying to do too much down the stretch, that game was lost on the defensive boards. Being outrebounded is one thing but yesterday was ridiculous. Clark Kellog brought up out that at one point Pitt had rebounded 80% of their missed shots. That's awful. Pitt is not a big team so obviously the effort on the boards was sorely lacking for 'Nova. As a fan that scares me.

Hard to say, the Owls don't have the easiest of teams remaining on it's schedule.

If Juan Fernandez is back to 100%, that's four double digit scorers on the floor potentially in Brooks, Moore, Fernandez, and Allen. This is a dangerous team.

New England Alum: Did you see Carey play in HS? I would think that you didn't see him too much considering he went to school in VA and you are in New England. How much do you know about Carey other than what is written in his bio?

Coach G often comments that they are short-handed with injuries. THere is a talented freshman on the roster .....TT Carey. He never plays nor is he ever listed in the box score. Why isn't this talented guy playing?

The turnaround for Penn and Jerome Allen will start with Miles Cartwright's arrival. He is a big time scorer who has moved to the point and sacrificed points to lead his high school team to a record 11 - 0 start and 3 preseason tournament victories. They have to seal the deal with this kid in order to start the resurgence this year. let us pray...

Nice win. I went to this game last year at the Dak and if I remember correctly neither team could score. I think Drexel won a yawner.

I wonder what Bruiser has on Calipari from his UMASS days. I'm smelling upset!

ok not really.

Wow! What a fun team to watch that was.

Nice for SI to honor them. I would have thought that they would have picked the second Florida team or one of the UNC teams or maybe the UCONN team who lost to George Mason. Congrats St Joe!
