BREAKING: Report says ‘Nova’s Yarou out for season (updated)
Jeff Goodman of Fox Sports reported this afternoon that Villanova freshman Mouphtaou Yarou (pictured) will be out for the rest of the season because of a viral infection. The infection is said not to be life-threatening, and Yarou was on the bench in street clothes during ‘Nova’s 81-63 win over La Salle on Saturday at the Ski Lodge.
UPDATE: Yarou in fact has Hepatitis B and will be out indefinitely, according to the university.
